Leslie McFadden is amazing. She treated us not just like valued clients but even as co-investors and friends she really cares about. She worked really hard for us and drove for hours some days to help us do virtual tours since we weren't in the city. She was incredible at helping us hone down and fine tune what exactly we wanted in a home which wasn't easy because I kept changing my criteria as we went along. But way beyond that she was willing to get involved and help us in ways that were outside the normal scope of what a real estate agent would realistically be willing to do. As an example because of who she is she builds great relationships with super quality people referring us to the best mortgage loan officer in town (yay Tina Mitchell!) and connecting us to other resources like contractors she trusts for a couple important rehab projects we knew we wanted to do.Leslie is an incredible hard-working fun giving person and her hard work paid off since we found a home in Seattle that went beyond our expectations at a price point that made sense for us without having to pay 15-20% over asking price which is what it seems all the other home buyers had to pay to secure their homes these days. Interestingly our home one month later is now said to be valued at 15% over the price that we paid which is a testament to Leslie's great coaching and partnership with us.We look forward to working with Leslie on any and all future home/investment property purchases.
