Leslie became a Realtor® in 2005 in Ohio, and she was full-time from Day 1. She never even
contemplated starting out on a part-time basis. She quickly established her business in
Columbus, one of the fastest growing real estate markets in the Midwest, and by 2015 she was
managing a team of 5 along with her husband Kevin.
As a small business owner, Leslie has always been a dedicated member of the local Chambers of
Commerce, helping to build and support the community. She has served on boards, run
committees, and established new subgroups and networking groups within the chamber
organizations.
In 2016, Leslie and Kevin decided to make a major change. With Kevin having been born in
Washington, and the two of them having visited the Pacific Northwest together on many
occasions (including their honeymoon), they made the decision to move the business to
Bothell, where they also reside, truly immersing themselves in the Northshore communities to
the fullest.
ABOUT LESLIE
Leslie grew up in Austin, Texas where she attended Southwest Texas State University and
served as a Logistics Specialist in the US Army, based at Fort Hood. Afterwards, she spent 9
years in corporate interior design and sales, where she identified that delivering dedicated,
personalized customer service was her gift. She also believed that the sense of security and
contentment in life are vitally important, and she became a Realtor to help her clients obtain
these things for themselves and their families.
One thing that sets Leslie apart from other agents in the industry is her Certification in
Negotiation. Real estate transactions can become quite complicated and knowing how to
negotiate the best outcome quickly is crucial. There is never a doubt in a client's mind that
Leslie fought for the best outcome possible.
Leslie enjoys supporting the Northshore communities and is an active member of the Bothell-
Kenmore and Woodinville Chambers of Commerce. Leslie and Kevin occasionally retreat to
their cottage on Anderson Island in the South Sound to bike, hike, and enjoy the PNW lifestyle.
ABOUT KEVIN
Kevin is originally from Auburn, but has also lived in Minnesota, Michigan, and Ohio. He has a
Bachelor's degree in Engineering from The Ohio State University and a Master's degree in
Technology Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. After spending 25+ years in
product development, product management and corporate leadership, Kevin decided to make
a major change in 2015 and manage our Real Estate business.
His primary focus is to provide dedicated marketing and operations management, in addition to
streamlining our buying/selling processes to help our business work more efficiently. In the
end, this translates into being able to deliver our clients more value, and helping to get them to
the closing table as quickly and effortlessly as possible.
Kevin is a strong supporter of all things local, particularly wine. He spent 4 years working in the
Washington wine industry, learning everything from winemaking to winery operations, all to
learn more about the trade. He has been an avid cyclist for most of his life, and thoroughly
enjoys being outdoors. He is also a diehard Ohio State Buckeyes fan.

Carol is originally from Tacoma but spent 15 years in San Diego after graduating from San Diego State University with a BA in Journalism/Photojournalism Emphasis. She started her professional photography business in 1988 and returned to the Seattle area in 1997 and continued to run her business. After 30+ years in the photography industry, Carol made a career change and decided to put her talents to use in Real Estate. As Team Assistant, Carol executes the day-to-day tasks of the business. From coordinating the processes of each client's transaction to managing documentation compliance to communicating progress on all manner of timelines, she is the key to our efficiency and client satisfaction. Carol is passionate about her community and the local businesses in the Northshore area. She is a 20+ year member of the Woodinville Chamber of Commerce and has served as Board Member and Chair. In her free time, Carol enjoys all that the Northwest has to offer by sailing, hiking, and golfing.
