Leslie became a Realtor in 2005 in Ohio, and she was full-time from Day 1. She never even contemplated starting out on a part-time basis. She quickly established her business in Columbus, one of the fastest-growing real estate markets in the Midwest, and by 2015 she was managing a team of 5. As a small business owner, Leslie has always been a dedicated member of the local Chambers of Commerce, helping to build and support the community. She has served on boards, run committees, and established new subgroups and networking groups within the chamber organizations.
